Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be pleased with your LC CANDLES purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase.
Note, there is an $10.00 return postage fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The item must be in like-new condition, and can not have been used. "Like-new" means unopened, undamaged, unused, and salable.
Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving it. If any significant damage took place in transit LC CANDLES reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Certain items designated as ‘sale’ or discontinued are not returnable.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all of our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions at LCCANDLES.NET for individuals identified as having an unreasonable return pattern. Sales to individuals who place corporate orders, resellers, wholesale and bulk purchasers are final. No exchange or return exceptions will be granted.
Returns by Mail
1. Locate your order number
To start your return, you will need to find your order number in one of the locations below:
- On your packing slip
- Your shipping confirmation email from LCCANDLES.NET
Please note, there is an $10.00 return postage fee which will be deducted from your refund.
2. Prepare your package
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your printed invoice.
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
3. Ship it
When your package is ready, you can ship it.
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us within 2 hours, during our business hours, by phone at 1-833-742-0875. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to the address provided.
- A duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. If you choose to cancel the shipment of any item(s) a refund for the cancelled item(s) will be issued to the original form of payment. For all other orders, you will not be charged for any cancelled or unshipped item(s).

Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer.
Each order placed can only be shipped to one address at a time. Items in an order cannot be sent to separate shipping addresses.
